I am selling a house in Croatia on the shore of the Adriatic sea on an
interesting location in Pirovac-Dalmatia. It is 50m away from the main beach and 150m from the town center. It s purpose is
to live and work because in the lower part-the ground floor there is a restaurant that works ever since 1981. It has a big
kitchen, a terrace with 80 sitting places and there is also another terrace right accross the road with extra 70 sitting
places (117 m2 ) where there is a bar with water and electricity. There is also a separe, 2 rooms for workers/employees with

conditioning units. It is also thermicly isolated. The house was built in 1978 and has extremly strong construction.
In a 10 km radius there are 4 nautical harbours-Marines. Two airports in 50 km radius are very good connected with Europe
especially in summer. Pirovac is connected with the highway all the way to Austria (4,5 hours) and Hungary. To the famous
summer resort Vodice there are 10 km, to ibenik 22 and to Zadar 52 km. Nearby there is the most famous national park in
Croatia-Kornati with ,,1000 islands
