with 15 apartments and is situated on the top of a peninsula (former vineyard). The peninsula borders to the north with the
south-beach and to the south with the beautiful sandy beach `Smokinia`. The buildings face southeast. They lie 250m from the
sea coast on about 50m altitude. The distance to the next sandy beach Smokinia is 800m. To the south there is a wonderful
view to the mountain landscape with a bordering preserve area as well as to the sea and beach. To the east and north there is
an all-around sea view. The Old Town, only a few hundred meters away, invites to a picturesque walk. All apartments include
