Property is consisting of old stone and adobe house with
living area of 85 sq.m. set on a plot of land of 1 500 sq.m. The property is situated on the right side of an asphalt road at
the beginning of the village. It is situated on two roads, only 400 meters from the centre of the village. All facilities (
electricity, water ) are available. There is a well in the plot. In the village there is a restaurant, cafe and a shop.
The region is without any industrial production. Only 10-15 minutes drive to General Toshevo and about 30 minutes drive
to the town of Kavarna and golf courses. The land route between General Toshevo and Kavarna is very well maintained ( for
bulgarian standarts ), but between Zhiten and General Toshevo on some sections the road is not in very good condition. In
2007 it is expected to be repaired.
In the neighboring village of Krasen is the museum- the famous pub and the school
narrated by the author Jordan Jovkov in his stories during his sejour in the region of Dobroudja as teacher. During this
period are his most popular works telling about Bulgarian village and soul in the end of XIX and the beginning of XX.
