Our apartments are on
the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th floor in a complex situated in the centre of the town of Byala, and just 800m from the beach
(10 min walking). Each of the apartments, all facing east, offers a wonderful view to the sea. The complex comprises an
underground parking lot and five floors. There are five one- or two-bedroom apartments on each floor. The building has solid
construction, Wienerberger bricks for the walling, a perfect draining system, Weber hydro-insulation and, façade
thermal insulation. Exterior and interior materials are all high-quality natural or artificial materials; and Inox glass
railings are used. The complex is equipped with: - A system for 24h video control. - An Izamet lift with a LuxMR cage from
the ground parking floor to the last floor. - A 24h security and fire signal system, connected to the security booth of the
