The houses are located in a charming mountain village spread along the hills in the Rhodopes, only 40 km away from the town of Plovdiv, 30 km away from Pamporovo winter resort and 70 km from the border to Greece (checkpoint near the town of Rudozem).
The closest airport is 40 km from the village.

Two massive stone houses with two floors and a large adjoining plot of land in regulation. The houses are with a total built up area of 168 sq.m and a plot of land with total area 450 sq.m. There is a barn with 40 sq.m. living area. On the first floor there are two rooms, on the second - 2 rooms and a small corridor. Although abandoned in the last few years the house may be refreshed and the plot around it used to grow vegetables and make a fairly large orchard. You also have lots of space to build an a barbeque oven in the open and an open-air kindergarden.

Fishing and hunting tourism are best practiced in the lake and the river area and skiing in Pamporovo and Perelik winter resorts.
