Restored detached stone house in Charente-Maritime : 6 miles from Saintes, 35 miles from La Rochelle, 20 miles from the sea.
It is situated on the `commune` of Saint-Vaize in a hamlet called `Le Lambert` with about 20 inhabitants. It is a quiet place
but not isolated.

`piazza`of the hamlet , another one opens to the garden, the third one being top of the ground floor. On the ground floor : a

The house was built between 1810 and 1848, renovated from 1990 to 2000 :roofing , insulation , doors and windows are in
exotic wood and double glazed, electricity to norms , the stones of the front ( facing south ) redone for a better
insulation.
It is in a pleasant sloping garden (10 000 m?) with a rivulet, Le Lambert, at the bottom, planted with lots of
fruit trees.
Easy access on A 10, (exit n?35), 5 miles away. Quiet place as no cars can go farther than this
hamlet.
