16th Century Water Mill
We owned one Land in the central of Yu Gan, Jiangxi, China. It s an island connecting to the shore with one big square,
pictures will follow on request.
Now we are looking for investors, and I need your help in Du bai for this strategy.
The details of this program are:
1) The land is the best and most beautiful part of the city, but the people there
have more interests on the new developing area. It looks like a beautiful pearl but still cover in the earth. The price is
much under valued, since people in inland city can not see the future so well. The place looks like a wrecked off island
now, which is incredible and hard to believe.
2) In the history, there are many wars, just about water. Why? People
can survive without oil, but can not without water. You can see there are many water in this city. According to my
information, this is the only city with lake in the central city of this province. Besides water, the agriculture is the
main industry there, they offer some special vegetable and fishes. The view in Spring and Summer is terrific. My plan is to
control the usage of the lake in our investment for tourists.
3) The land: about 500,000.00m2 The lake: about
1,000,000.00m2 The money will be paid only on the land, the lake will be for free if we make some basic build up, and
we can just rent at good price.
4) For this 500,000m2 land, which will be residential vila, luxury apartments,
shopping mall and restaurants. Design to an European Castle.
5) Our customers will focus on local rich class and
people from Capital City of this district - Nan Cang, which the distance is about 100 KM only. If considering our price will
be about half comparing to similar house in the capital city, I believe the demands will be high enough.
6) The
population in Yu Gan is 1,100,000.00 and 4,000,000 for Nan Cang.
7) If we succeed in this stage, the second stage will
be the land around the bank of lake. The quantity will be 4 or 5 times more.
8) I have very special relationship with
local government, everything will be safe and profitable.
9) The offer of land from Government is about: USD110/M2
(USD1:RMB7) the price will be differed according to the level of the rate. The build up cost of this land is about
USD140/M2. The total investment is about USD250/M2.
The way to cooperate:
Possibility 1): We invest on land,
you invest on design and build up. The profit will be shared half and half.
Possibility 2): The investors buy 50%
land, and another 50% land will be our share to cooperate. The final benefit will be shared according to the investment
percentage.
Show this program to the big people in Doha, the benefit is obvious, the only thing need to worry is how
big money we can take from this.
