The plots
In Pézens we have a beautiful piece of land available of approximately 22,000 m2. This site is
divided in to 27 plots. On these plots several types of villas will be constructed. The sizes of the plots ranges from 400 m2
to 700 m2. A plot will be completed including all necassary connections, such as telephone, drinking water, electricity and
sewerage.
Types of villas
The surfaces of the villas vary from approximately 90 m2 to 155 m2 habitable
surfaces. This is also depending on the size and position of the plot.
The village of
Pézens
The village of Pézens is situated on one of the ranges of hills between the Montagne Noire and
the Pyrenees. At the border of this village, where the villas will be constructed, is a direct free view over the vineyards
on the Montagne Noire. On the other side of the village, reached within 5 minutes you have a magnificent view over the
Pyrenees. The village of Pézens has around 1,800 inhabitants. The usual facilities, like a post office, a bakery, a
butcher, a green grocery, a small supermarket and a restaurant are all in the close neighbourhood. For the major shopping
expedition, Carcassonne has all the supermarkets and shopping facilities you can desire, which is only at 10 minutes drive
from Pézens.
