The property, which has been constructed
using traditional local stone, is set over three floors. The property is being sold with the final fix to be finished. At
present the property, which is fully double glazed and has traditional style Portuguese shutters, still requires internal
door frames and doors, built in wardrobes, sanity wear to bathrooms and a kitchen to be fitted. Final floor coverings also
need to be laid.
The property briefly comprises:
Ground floor: The ground floor is accessed via a central
stairway and leads onto a spacious hall. There are two large storerooms (one of which has plumbing installed). There is a
large (seven metres by five metres) bedroom with patio doors which lead out to a covered balcony with stunning views over the

with patio doors which lead out to a covered terrace.
Second Floor: The second floor has windows to the gable ends of
the property as well as three Velux windows. The second floor, which is one open space, provides interesting living
accommodation with a section of this floor providing a mezzanine above the living room. There are two smaller storage rooms,
which could be converted into additional bathrooms.
The property is fully double glazed and has traditional style
Portuguese shutters. The property measures 440 square metres of construction and comes with land measure over 4,000 square
metres. The land is sloping and has many mature pine and olive trees on it. There is ample parking and there is a terrace to

Tomar, where there are supermarkets, a hospital, cinema, bowling alley and shops.

three quarter hours drive and approximately two and a half hours from Porto.
