Kosharitca is large seized village situated 45km to the north from Burgas which means about 35min by car.
More attractive is that it is only 4km from Sunny Beach which is one of the most popular sea reasorts in Bulgaria.
Sunny Beach is preffered and visited from millions foreigners yearly. The tourist season starts from the begining of
May and ends in the middle of October.
The house is only 5min away from the beautiful beaches of Sunny Beach. The
ancient town of Nessebar which has become tourist attraction is 10km away from Kosharitca.
There are two action aqua
parks not far from the village. It also has a primary school, many shops, restaurants, cafes, an internet club. There is a
hospital in Sunny Beach (5km away).
The prices in this village are 10 times lower compared to those in the
