expense of the buyer. The original Certificate ofTitle is with me and I have the Power of Attorney to Sell the Property so
there wouldn t be any problems encountered in the sale.
Terms for the buyer is 50% upon closure of deal with the Deed of
Sale and the other 50% after30days or once the Transfer Title is provided by the Registry of Deeds, whichever comes
first.
