Great house beside Lloret de mar
This excellent plot of 230 acres reclaimed land with fantastic sea view and wide sea-frontage is situated at Klebang, Melaka which is located very near to the business district in Melaka. And it is accessible from Melaka City which is about 5km from
Melaka Raya, a commercial development which houses prominent landmarks such as Mahkota Parade, Mahkota Medical Centre, Mahkota Hotel, Hotel Holiday Inn, Hotel Equatorial and Dataran Merdeka. The neigbourhood is intensively developed with residential schemes. Main Water, Electricity supply and telephone are available in the immediate neighbourhood and public transportation connects the immediate vicinity with other parts of Melaka.
At present, there is a land reclamation
project of 624 acres by Ultragreen Sdn Bhd which is located just next to our proposed reclaimed land. (see Layout plan of
reclaimed land in Melaka)
Given the above-mentioned factors, our strategically located land is ideally suited for mixed development geared towards the medium to upper range of the house buyers` market. The development shall incorporate a
marina, a commercial centre, a 5 star hotel with nice beach, a waterfront canal precincts and promenade and various type of
residential development including waterfront bungalow, townhouse, condominium, a retirement village under the Malaysia 2nd
home and standard residential houses. (see Illustration of Possible Development on the 230 acres Reclaimed Land)
